MANDYZ SALON TEAM
This was my third time at Mandyz. I usually try not to change my hairdressers too often and I had been going to Aveda for years. It was my go to place, but I wasn't getting the results that I wanted. I had a vision for my hair and I was reluctant to give another stylist/colorist the opportunity to colour my hair.
My first two experiences were just haircuts where I cut off at least 7 inches. I had been meaning to try this salon due to a couple of posts from my friends on instagram. My experience was really good both times. They knew what they were doing.
I think what convinced me to get my colour done was realizing that I was spending money at another place but never achieving the platinum/cool blonde I wanted. I'm someone who has dark Indian hair with an olive skin hue. The blondes I was getting before Mandyz were always on the yellow spectrum and washed me out a little bit.
I'm really happy that I took the plunge and went in. The staff is very helpful and there's a strong sense of community among them. I don't have a single bad thing to say about my experience. I walked in with orange hair and dark roots and came out with a cool blonde that illuminated my face. I was consistently told that I would never achieve this color.
So for anyone on the fence about taking a risk, I think they have less to worry about if that risk is taken at Mandyz Salon. I'm SO HAPPY with my hair!
