HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

How do I prepare for my first appointment with my Mandyz Salon expert?

We ask you to come to your first appointment with 2-3 reference pictures of what your dream hair looks like. Think cut, style and colour palette. Then we’ll chat through the possibilities and decide on a plan.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

We have parking on the street in front of the salon. It costs 1$ per hour. (Sunday 9 am – 1 pm is free.)

There is also a parking lot across the street on Ouimet St. where you can walk straight through to our salon. This is also 1$ per hour.

On all the streets around our salon there is free street parking for 4 hours.

is there a metro near mandyz salon?

Yes! We are located between Cote-Vertu and Du College metros. We are a 5-10 minute walk from both (a little closer to Cote-Vertu).

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard 

if I need to reschedule my appointment, how much notice do you need?

To ensure the salon can operate smoothly, we kindly ask that you confirm all appointments 24-48 hours before the booked time. This is done by responding to the confirmation call or message.

If you need to reschedule an appointment please call the salon 514-747-1664 and our team will work with you to find a better time that suits you.

If appointments are not confirmed then we reserve the right to offer your appointment to another client.

Each of our stylists has been hand-picked not only for their skillset but for who they are as people.

We are a small boutique salon and have a team of master stylists with a great wealth of experience who are committed to delivering your dream hair.

WHAT IF MY DREAM HAIR IS UNACHIEVABLE?

Don’t stress, we can get you as close to your dream hair as your hair type and condition will allow. Our motto is – If it’s doable, we can do it!

Our team knows how to work towards your goals while prioritizing the integrity and condition of your hair.

If you’re wanting a big transformation,  it’s important you’re open to it being an evolutionary process. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATIONS?

Yes! You will have 15 minutes to sit down with one of our stylists and ask any questions you may have.

You can also do a consultation by text or email with Mandy. Send us a picture of your hair and 1-2 inspiration pictures and Mandy will get back to you right away.

WHAT IF I NEED MY HAIR ADJUSTED?

Don’t worry at all! We want you to LOVE your hair and our work is 100% guaranteed.

Please call us within seven days and we will correct any technical issues at no charge.
